I have to say, the way I feel when I read and see that your quote is right, is a little bit like watching a movie. The movie I watch is pretty boring. It’s not a good movie. It’s not interesting. It doesn’t show a lot of personality, or how it’s supposed to be. All of this is all good and some of it is probably better than others.
But when I read and see that you are right, and that you were able to explain it in a way that explains that to me, I feel as if Ive gotten my life back. Youre right, this is a good movie, and I like it, and it gives me a way to feel better about myself. (As I don’t like movies that are just a bunch of people talking. I like movies that are about people.
Ive got to agree with you. I like movies that give us a chance to feel as if were not just in our own heads, but are in the head of a character that we are watching with our eyes. A character that we know and feel very much the way that the character in the movie feels.
The only thing I don’t agree with you about is the ending. I think that the movie could have been better if it had made it clear that Colt is actually dead when he finds the island. That way, it would have been more believable. But this is a movie of the imagination, not reality, so I wouldn’t have it as a spoiler.
