That’s not just a matter of a few thousand dollars. If it isn’t a federal judge, the National Association isn’t going to be able to rule on these cases. If the federal judge is able to rule on these cases, he’s probably going to be able to rule on the remaining cases on behalf of the National Association.
These continuing legal education programs are not going to be a waste of money. The programs have been around for years. There is no reason they shouldnt be more widely used. It is an excellent money-making machine. I cant help but feel that the National Association of Continuing Legal Education is a company trying to get its way by using other companies to use their money.
