The Connecticut Education Association (CEA) is a non-profit organization that serves the best interests of students, parents, and teachers in the state of Connecticut. We are a private, non-political, non-sectarian group that seeks to provide the best quality education to its members.

Connecticut is the third largest state in the USA and, like many states, is experiencing a drop in enrollment. While this is not a surprise to most, the CEA is making a concerted effort to help students not only enroll in school, but also enroll in college. The organization is working to create a “Connecticut Promise” program that would help students graduate with a degree, earn a job, and pay their way into a good paying job.
The CEA is also working to help students get jobs, as well as help them get access to federal financial aid. Since it’s a federal program, the group is launching a new program called Connecticut Jobs.
The Connecticut Jobs program is meant to help state residents get jobs for the first time, as well as help those who have just graduated from high school. It has even been linked to the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Postsecondary Education, which works to ensure students have access to federal aid.
