Former Education Secretary Duncan, a man who spent 22 years in the White House, now serves as a consultant and has worked for companies like the National Football League and the National Hockey League.
Duncan, who is currently being sued for gender discrimination in the workplace, has apparently been using his position as the Secretary of Education at the University of North Carolina to help companies hire more women. In other words, he’s a woman-hater.
Duncans role in this is quite surprising. I guess the idea of him being a woman-hater is not as common as you might think. In a recent blog interview, he said he thinks women should be allowed to work in certain fields, like science, because they have a different value system. But in the same interview, he said he was going to use his position as the Secretary of Education to stop the “bias” against women.
Duncan is not a woman-hater, but he also says he thinks that women are inherently inferior to men. He is not a man-hater, and he also says he has no desire to be a man. He is clearly not a man-hater, but he also says he thinks women should be allowed to work in certain fields, like science, because they have a different value system.
I want to see the future.
I am very much looking forward to seeing the future. I think Duncan is right that there is a significant underrepresentation of women in the STEM fields. I have no idea how the world will be different by 2040, but I’d like to see more men in the STEM fields.
Duncan is right that women should be allowed to choose which fields they want to work in, but I think there is a good argument that STEM jobs are just as good for men as they are for women. I am not sure how 2040 will be different, but I think a woman who works in science might have a better chance of making it as a scientist than a woman who works in finance.
I think it is a little unfair that we have seen so many female politicians in STEM. For instance, there was a female governor of New Hampshire, and there are many more female senators. However, it’s not as if the STEM field is a field which is dominated by women. In most fields, including finance, STEM degrees are the most highly sought after. In all cases, the most sought after degrees are in engineering and business.
When we look at the career options available for women, the top two options are STEM degrees. For the top ranked women, these are science and technology degrees at a rate of about 90%. A high-ranking female physicist, for example, would be in the top ten percent of the STEM field when it comes to hiring. By comparison, the top ranked woman in finance would be about 30% of the field.
