It also addresses the importance of using the principles and practices of health education in the promotion and education of other health behaviors.

Good for the newbie in health promotion and education who wants to expand their knowledge base. For example, if you know how to teach a person to drink less soda, you can then use this book to teach them how to avoid other unhealthy habits like smoking.
It’s a great reference but I’ve never written a book in my life. So I can’t say that I completely understand it. But I can say that if you are a newbie, I definitely recommend it as a reference. I think it’s great for everyone, because it’s the foundation for a lot of health education.
Its really the foundation. There are a lot of different topics that can be covered, and those topics are all covered in this book. It starts off with a section about the “principles” of nutrition, and then it goes on to explore other topics like exercise, stress, and education. The book is a great place to learn and get started on your journey towards becoming a healthier person.
