This is an exciting step forward for radiologic technology education at the University of Virginia.
In a joint review committee of radiologic technology education at the University of Virginia and the Medical University of Vienna, two professors from each school have come up with a plan to increase the quality of education for radiologic technologists, who are one of the most versatile professionals in the industry. In addition to a new curriculum, faculty members have proposed a series of “quality improvement” measures for the programs.
