I’ve mentioned before that I am a big believer in making the most out of every day. Life can be short, busy, and chaotic, and it is easy to get overwhelmed. However, living a balanced life is not always easy, and I am sure you’ve had that experience, too.
I had the opportunity to visit my friend in the North Rhine-Westphalia city of Dortmund, Germany last week. The city is famous for its large number of parks and a number of green spaces. I visited one of the city’s parks and was surprised to see a man sitting on a park bench, eating a sandwich. I asked him what he was doing there, and he said he had just finished a workout and was just taking a break.
The reason why he was sitting on the park bench eating a sandwich is because he was so out of breath that his muscles were actually heaving. This is not a problem that I personally have encountered, but if you do you can try to use a walking stick to help you breathe, and you can also wear a vest with a hood.
We have been very surprised to see that when it comes to walking up stairs, many people walk up two steps at a time. In the case of this man, it’s been four steps. I’m not sure if it’s a sign of health or just being a slowpoke. Either way, I’m glad he was able to find a place to rest, and I hope he gets to continue his workout next time he goes up the stairs.
Well, after the death of his wife and his daughter-in-law, this man of great girth is now bedridden. He’s probably going to die in a few days because he takes a long time to wake up.
The man who found this blog is a tall, bearded lanky man with blond hair and blue eyes. He is a great example of what the “long, slow-walking” is about. The slow walk is the one way that most people can easily get into shape and stay out of trouble. The slower you go, the healthier you are, and the faster you can go, the better you are off.
Slow walking is something that I’ve been thinking about for a long time now. I had a small stroke at the age of 31. I had no idea that I was paralyzed, but it was only a matter of time before I was in a wheelchair and paralyzed. I was fortunate enough to have my condition reversed after a few months. I’ve been walking slowly since then.
The good news is that many people can get into trouble with the wrong foods and lifestyle choices. It is also important that we all take care of ourselves. Even if you can’t do it on your own, it’s still a good idea to get some exercise.
