To quote a friend, “If your mind is like a computer that doesn’t understand the software that it’s running, then it will do whatever it is told.” We tend to think in terms of a computer, and a computer, as an abstraction, doesn’t really exist.
And if your thoughts are like a computer, then you’re not thinking at all. We should get back to that.
Our thoughts are like machines, a computer, and computers are like machines. If your mind is like a computer, then your thoughts are like a computer as well.
We often think our thoughts are so important that we can and will take on the actions of our thoughts. This is a very dangerous tendency, and it can actually result in someone getting hurt. It also makes it very hard to separate one’s thoughts from ones that do things to others. For example, if someone makes a comment about killing someone in the middle of an argument, they are likely to take the action of that thought.
This is a dangerous tendency because you can really only control your thoughts. You can’t control them as much as you can your actions. It’s possible to control your actions and your thoughts, but you can’t control your thoughts in the same way. You can’t control your thoughts that you don’t have in the first place. You can’t control your thoughts that you’re not aware of.
The fact is that you can only control your thoughts if you stop thinking. You can only control your actions if you stop doing them. You can only control your thoughts if you stop making them. That is a difficult thing to do.
This is a tough concept to understand. You cannot control your thoughts and you cannot control your actions. You can only control your actions if you stop doing them. You can only control your thoughts if you stop thinking them. When we say “you can only control your thoughts if you stop thinking them,” that means that you can only control your thoughts if you stop thinking your own thoughts. When you stop thinking your thoughts, you stop controlling your thoughts.
If we want to control our thoughts and actions, we need to control our thoughts and actions. We can’t. The only way we can control our thoughts is by thinking them. We can’t control our actions by exercising any control over the way we think. When we exercise control over our thoughts, we exercise control over our actions.
We need to control our thoughts and actions. We cant. We can only control our thoughts by thinking them. When we stop thinking our thoughts, we stop controlling our thoughts. When we stop taking action, we stop controlling our actions.
So the next time you’re on autopilot, you’ll probably just go with the flow, but if you’re constantly thinking about your thoughts, this way you will be more likely to act out of them. The goal is to be aware of your thoughts, stop thinking about them, and start acting on them.
