Swing is one of those sports that people love and it is for the most part fun. However, a lot of people don’t think that it is the best way to develop the skills necessary for the sport.

Like any sport that requires a lot of movement and coordination, swing requires some degree of stability to keep in place. This is because the ball is rolled by the backswing, so the person doing the rolling has to control the ball with their legs, arms, and wrists.
