The fact that a lot of people are struggling with mental health issues is really an indication that we need to work on being more mindful of what we take in and what we give out. Mental health is a very personal decision that should be made with the help of a mental health professional.
The thing is that we all get to pick what we want to eat. We all get to choose what we want to do, and we all get to choose what we want to do for a living. And that doesn’t mean we all get to choose to be a slob. But we do need to think about what we’re going to do with our lives.
The problem is that it’s really easy to get sucked into the day to day life of a job. In the beginning, it can be very rewarding, but it can also be very stressful. Because for many of us, our day to day job becomes a way to support ourselves and our families. We have to make a living, and we have to make sure that we have our health. And it’s very easy to lose sight of that.
That’s where mental health comes in. It is the mental health that keeps us from being sucked into the day to day life of a job. It is the mental health that keeps us from slipping into a mental black hole. It is the mental health that keeps us from getting lost in our own heads and forgetting to take care of ourselves. Because the best way to feel better about yourself is to make sure you have plenty of mental health.
Just because your job doesn’t involve something that gets you off, that doesn’t mean you can’t get off. Even if you don’t realize it, the fact that you have a job just means you’re not in a mental black hole. It means you are in a state of mind that is not the one you are used to. It means you are not completely in the dark and have the ability to see your situation from a new perspective.
That was a lot to take in, so let’s get into our definition of mental health. It’s the “quality of being able to feel well-centered and be happy with what you have, despite the circumstances.” It’s about creating a happy life, not the happiness that comes from some sort of external source. We all have our needs, but happiness cannot be obtained by taking anything from you.
This is such an important concept and it is an area where we all have a tendency to fall back into old patterns and habits. We need to change these patterns and become more conscious of what we want. When we need to create some sort of external thing that brings us happiness, it becomes something that we do, and we don’t even realize it. We can look at it from an external perspective and realize it is not what we want, but rather what we don’t want.
We all have things we want, but we often forget to truly value them. We only focus on what we think we need. We get distracted by images of the things we want. We may have a beautiful house but then we live in a horrible neighborhood. Or maybe we have a fabulous job, and we can work from anywhere. But when we look at what we want, we look at the external and not the internal.
I think the thing we want is what we have. No one can have a perfect job because we all have to do our best work. If we value our job we will actually work harder. We will focus on what we do have, not what we think we should have. And if we don’t work hard, we will forget what we need. If we don’t live the life we would want, we will not make the changes we need to make.
In our job interview, we are asked if we would like to have a job that could not be finished if we were not successful. It is the same thing as the job interview asking us if we would like to be able to run a marathon or to climb Mount Everest or to be able to fly a plane. If we choose to say no to the interview, we are making a choice that we are not really living.
