We actually had a lot of fun making this trailer, but the more we learned about the game, the more we were excited for the day when it was released.
The trailer shows a whole bunch of new gameplay mechanics for m7 education, including a new menu screen. The menu screen was one of the first things we implemented to make the game feel more like a traditional computer game. I think it is really great that the game is now making use of this new menu screen.
This new menu screen allows the player to choose any one of four classes of weapons and armor. These classes are based on the player’s skill level and choice of weapon. The game uses a lot of the same gameplay mechanics that we found so fun in the original m7. For instance, the choice to use a gun or a staff makes the weapon more powerful. And if you decide to run away, instead of hiding, you’ll go face-to-face with enemies.
You’ll also notice that the game uses “races” (groups of enemies) rather than just a single enemy at a time. So for example, instead of having to use all your weapons to take out a single enemy, you can take out a group of enemies, rather than having to use each weapon individually (or wait for the enemy to reload a gun). This makes the game a bit more challenging for the first time players.
