This is a common refrain among many people. For some, it is a way of feeling better after they have been sick for awhile. For others, it is a way to deal with the pain of chronic illness. For still others, like me, it is a way to get our minds off of our pain.
The problem with illness is that it can also be a way to get your mind off of your pain. We’ve all been there, and we’ve all heard of the phrase “I am not sick.” Well, that is not true. I am not sick. I do not need to know that I am not sick, because that is just a ruse to get me to feel better.
The very same thing happens with chronic pain. We need to stop and take a break from the pain of our chronic illnesses. We need to allow our minds to wander. We need to let our bodies and our minds relax.
I could really use some breaks from pain, but I am not sure if I am even sick. I have been feeling tired and achy for months now, and I have a chronic pain condition that affects my shoulder. I’m not sure if anything is wrong with me, but I’m not really sure what. So far I’ve been lying to my doctor a few times, and when I’m not, I tend to go to the bathroom a lot.
This is a common thing for folks who suffer from pain conditions, and it can be frustrating for doctors. In the case of my illness, I was referred to a cardiologist because of the pain I experience. He recommended that I see a pain specialist, and after a lot of tests and blood work, I was told the doctor thought a muscle tear was the cause. I was given a prescription for pain medication and told to follow up with the specialist.
The pain specialist I saw thought it was a muscle tear, but it was actually a bone fracture of the fifth metatarsal, which is at the point where the bottom of the foot meets the ankle bone. This fracture is often seen in people with bone spurs, so if you have a bone spurs on your foot, you might have a chance of healing it.
I’m not sure about this one, but I think I have a bone spurs on my left foot and my first doctor thought I had a muscle tear, and I had to go to a second specialist because of this. This second specialist thinks I have a bone fracture and sent me to my family doctor.
I’m sure it’s a bone spurs, but I think in the video it looks more like a muscle tear. I don’t know about this one, but I’m going to let you be the judge of that.
I guess it could be that you’re not sure about your current diagnosis, so you’re seeing a different doctor. I wouldn’t worry about your foot as it is a relatively easy injury to fix.
Muscle tears can be tricky to diagnose, since it can take several days for the swelling to subside before there is any real damage. It can be caused by a bone spur, or, if the nerve fibers around it are damaged, then a nerve root may be compressed. Other than that, muscle tears are usually the result of a compression fracture of the a bone, and it seems we have a new one on our hands.
