Some of the food you may think to enjoy as a healthy snack may not be so healthy. While I am not a health food aficionado, I do love the high country foods; I just wanted to share some of my favorites.

When you get to the part where our heroes are trying to kill each other, there’s a lot of blood and lots of meat. We’re eating high-country fruits and vegetables, which are high in fiber, water, vitamins, and minerals.
