I’ve said this before, but I’ll say it again. I am a big fan of greenbrier county board of education. I love their board and staff, their website, and their school, the Greenbrier County Career and Technology Center. They have the best job interview process and they never let you down.
There are a lot of reasons why I love this school, and one of them is their board. There are not many things that would bother me more than them not letting you go to job interviews, but that is not the case. The board lets you interview with great confidence, and they don’t mind that you’re interested in the position. The only thing they ask is for you to send a letter of reference and you’re only allowed to send three (one of which is your own).
You can only send two letters though, so they have to pick two people to go with you. I have seen a lot of interviews and interviewers go in on the fact that they dont want to take on a new person without their two letters of reference. They are not shy about that. If youre not happy with them, they can still take you on if you have your own letters of reference.
I was talking to a board member recently. She said you have to be a member of a local school district to get that letter of reference. She also said that because of the number of applicants, it takes a long time to get a letter of reference. She also said that if you were not a board member, your own letter of reference would not be necessary.
This is the only thing I can think of that would stop me from applying for what would be a very competitive position. Board members get letters of reference from other school districts. We were talking about this one board member. She said that the number of applicants is a big factor. Also, the board members get it from someone in the district, so it takes a long time to get one.

The only way I know of to get a letter of reference is if you apply for a position, the school you want to apply to has a system where you can apply to different positions and you will be accepted to each of those positions. It is, however, a long, drawn out procedure and many schools have their own requirements for letter of reference and applications.

A person in the position of letter of reference for a person you know can take up to a year for a letter of reference and then you have to get a copy of the letter of reference from the person you want to write the letter to.
