I don’t know about you, but I like to feel like I have lots of time to think about things. I’m on my second day of the CrossFit Games and I’m so excited about it because I really want to be the best.

The workouts are really good. We have found that CrossFit is well worth the $50 annual membership fee, especially if youre new to the sport. One of the reasons we got CrossFit was that it was one of the few free fitness programs that didn’t try to convince you that you needed to spend hours of your day training.
