In Tagalog, anxious refers to the feeling of tension that arises when the mind is not in the moment. We are often caught up in the thoughts of what we wish to do, what we wish to avoid, how we wish to react to the future, and even what we wish to be right now. In this article, I’ll explain what anxious means and some of the ways it can affect us.
The word anxious is also used in another Tagalog, bahasa Indonesia, meaning “wandering”, “dancing”, “dancing”, or “dancing”. It was coined by the American poet Henry Wadsworth Longfellow to describe that feeling of being in a “daze”, a phrase often used to describe the way a person becomes distracted and loses focus.

If you are anxious, you could try some techniques like meditation, or other relaxation techniques, and you can take that as a way to feel calm. Or if you want to feel more anxious yourself, you could try finding a way to take control of your anxiety. You could try taking a day or a week off work and just feel it. Or you could try something as simple as a stress ball. Whatever you do, don’t feel that you have to take control of your anxiety.

I’ve had anxiety problems myself in the past and the stress balls have been some of the best tools I’ve ever used to calm my mind. In fact, I think they are one of the best tools I’ve ever seen for anxiety problems. I used to get really anxious about everything I did and thought, “what if one of my kids is going to get sick,” and it was just so hard to imagine that happening.
It can also be placed on a key chain. Ive heard of people having anxiety problems because they have one of these things on their key chain and they have a panic attack. They get really anxious when they have these things because they get scared their child is going to get sick and they have no idea if they’ve even given it to them or not.
