A hypokinetic condition is a health problem caused by any of the three situations mentioned above. And while there is no real cure, there are treatments and ways to help the user with it, including things like using a different type of sleep aid.
In its own right, hypokinetic is a serious health problem and is even a term of abuse in some cases. The problem is that we are constantly trying to accomplish things on autopilot. Our minds and bodies will often go into a state of “overdrive” where we can’t really think about tasks for too long. This can lead to physical problems, such as a lack of energy and a dizzy feeling.

I have a hypokinetic friend who is a very dedicated and intelligent man. He is always trying to do something new, he is always getting new ideas when I ask him to help me out, and he is always trying to help me out as well. This is not a problem that is uncommon either. Our own research found that 5% of our patients have this condition.
For our hypokinetic patients, the best thing that our team can do is to give them time to do something new. When they give up, it can be very hard for them to do new things. For the rest of us, this is something that we can try to encourage them to do so that they can be doing more new things.
Hypokinetic people often lack the ability to process information quickly. They can’t focus on a task if they don’t know what they are doing. For example, if they don’t know what their next step is, they could just go ahead and do it and then forget all about it. This is not the case with hypokinetic people. They can be very productive and will often get things done quickly.
The problem is that while hypokinetic people are often capable of performing tasks without thinking, they are still not aware of this. And so, they have to rely on us to do the thinking for them. They then complain that we are not telling them what to do, that we are not telling them what to do, that we are not telling them what to do, and so on. And so, we have to reassure them that they are doing fine.
Hypokinetic people are a great deal like hypochondria, except hypochondria is just a symptom of illness and hypokinetic people are actually health issues. They are people who lack the ability to accurately perceive the facts and instead rely on us to tell them.
