I don’t mean a physical health picture, I mean a mental health picture. I think that’s why a lot of people don’t like them. You see some of the most stressful and draining times in your life, and you just think, “Wow, I’m so tired.” Most of the time, the mental stress is just as bad. It’s not healthy. It doesn’t help.
I actually had this happen to me about a month ago. I had a really bad bout of depression. I was very depressed and out of it for about three weeks. I had to stay in bed for days at a time. The worst part was having everyone around me to vent to and I had no one to confide in, no one that I could share my problems with.
Depression is a very real and very debilitating condition. It is common for people to have a hard time keeping up with the mental health demands of their jobs and their families. I am not talking about the way you take a “break”. I am talking about the “break” itself. What do you do when you have no idea what to do.

Well, it can be hard to know what to do when you feel like your life is falling apart. Well, now we have the ability to communicate with one another and help one another through this unfortunate feeling. I think this is one of the most important things a person can do when they’re in a dark place. A person can give a friend a hug, a person can help another person who is down, and a person can even help a friend who is depressed.
