When you’re stressed, you feel as if you have two lives, one you live, one you don’t.
The endorphins in our bodies are released to help our bodies relax. They have many different functions, one of those is to help our bodies get rid of stress hormones. As a result, it’s important to control your stress hormones as well. We tend to release stress hormones through things that can trigger anxiety, such as certain drugs or alcohol.
So when you look at the symptoms of stress, it makes sense that our bodies release stress hormones too. But what about our thoughts? If you think about it, you might think of your body as being a giant computer that has its own program. When you think of your body as a computer, you probably think of it as a very small part of the whole. But this isn’t completely true.
When a computer is working properly it is able to do a lot of things, but it can’t do everything. For example, you can’t make a spreadsheet program do all the things that computers are capable of doing, but you can make it do something else. Sometimes you can do something that you can’t do on a computer. So when you think of the computer program you think of it as being a very small part of the whole. But this isnt completely true.
This is exactly the sort of thing I was talking about earlier. A computer program is a very small part of a very large system. It is the only thing that can run the entire computer system, but it can only do things that the entire system can do. For example, when I run Windows XP I can run a desktop, but I cant run a program that could run a desktop.
